I'm a licensed registered nurse specializing in individual holistic life coaching. My mission is to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives by utilizing specialized intuitive methods combined with 20 years of clinical experience to assist in removing energetic blocks. These energy blocks can occur for many reasons such as childhood traumas, heartbreaks, fears, and issues with abandonment. Whatever the reason, my goal is to rapidly assist you in removing them as energetic blocks are the reason you are unable to elevate and live your dream life!

Individual coaching not only assists you in learning about yourself, but sessions also assist you in breaking generational curses and repetitive negative cycles (same arguments with the same people, and repetitive negative relationship outcomes). We work through communicational, thought, and relational patterns to remove energetic blocks that have been preventing you from living your best life! Sessions will be able to: assist through traumatic events and general trauma; achieve a higher depth of understanding and self-awareness; build self-confidence and boost self-esteem; and assist through awakenings that will shift your perception of your reality
